BACKGROUND
All three applicants are requesting a massage therapist license to practice massage at
Simonsen's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169 in the City of Elk River. All
applicants have met the required 500 hours of completed course work. The Police
Department is in the process of completing the required background checks; therefore
approvals should be contingent upon successful background checks.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving therapeutic massage licenses for Lisa Huber, Margo Lee and
Alison Kindem contingent upon successful background checks.
