Action Requested
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request based on the
following reason:
1. All of the requested information was not received by May 3, 2010.
Overview
Staff and the applicant have been working together to allow the applicant more tune to provide more
information regarding the CUP (CU 10-04) proposal. On April 13, 2010 the applicant/property owner
submitted a letter asking that the CUP request be postponed until the May 11, 2010 Planning
Commission meeting. The letter stated if the applicant did not provide all the requested information by
May 3, 2010 they would withdraw their application. The information that was requested was a survey, a
landscape plan, a site plan, and an alternate location for the outdoor storage.
As of May 3, 2010 staff had only received a survey of the property.

agenda item on the April 13, 2010 meeting until the May 11, 2010 Planning Commission
meeting. Also, to prevent this item from being continuously postponed, I will provide all
the information requested by city staff by May 3, 2010, or I would consider my application
withdrawn.
